After Cluster SAP BI Platform 4.x " SIA (server intelligence agent) for this server is unavailable " for Node-2

Symptom:Trying to cluster 2 servers together using proper method of creating new SIA on BI Server 2 pointing it to same CMS DB as BI server 1. unable to start the BI Server 2 Node Servers.

Error: The Server Intelligence Agent for this server is unavailable 

Reproducing the Issue:

Environment :

• Windows 2008 64 bit -BI Server 1, Windows 2008 - BI Server 2
• SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 5 (Version: 14.1.5.1501)
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008

Cause: Microsoft The issues is with the TCP/IP local host issue.

Resolution:

1. Add the local ip address to WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file.
2. Login to the Central Management Console(CMC) -> Servers -> Nodes -> Select Node-2
3. Double click on AdaptiveJobServer and select IP Address and assign the local ip address of BI Server-2 in the below mentioned image.
   
4. Restart the SIA of BI Server-2  in Central Configuration Manager (CCM).
   
5. The Server in the nodes-2 will start automatically.
