BI launch pad 4.0: View a Crystal report

When you open a Crystal report in BI launch pad, it opens in the viewer specified in your preferences. The selected viewer enables you to take advantage of any interactive elements in the report, such as grouping, sort controls, drill down, or parameters. The features available depend on how the report was created.
In this tutorial, you will view the US Sales Report, sort the values in the report using the sort controls, and navigate to a specific group in the group tree.
