javax.servlet.ServletException: #{setupWizardBean.initializePlugins}: javax.faces.el.EvaluationException: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$ServerAdminError: An error occurred when accessing or retrieving information from the server

Issue:  on SAP BI 4.1 SP2

While launching CMC, the system configuration wizard could not open and the page throws below error.

Error message:

javax.servlet.ServletException: #{setupWizardBean.initializePlugins}: javax.faces.el.EvaluationException: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$ServerAdminError: An error occurred when accessing or retrieving information from the server administrator (FWM 02076)

Reason:

All the CMS on cluster should be running when loading system configuration wizard.If any SIA node on this server is not working, then it will leads to this error.

Solution:

1)
check for any failures on CMS(all the BOBJ servers in this cluster);correct these failures , or check for any unwanted node created in CCM/delete the unused nodes;

2) Launch CMC, it will load System configuration wizard properly now.
